Quickstart

Install requirements.

pip2 install -r requirements.txt

If you are in mainland China, try this one:

pip2 install  -i  https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple/  --trusted-host pypi.doubanio.com -r /requirements.txt

Start the server

python2 manage.py runserver

Open this url in your browser: http://127.0.0.1:8000/
