Add title attribute to nodes in the tree list

Describe the feature

Projects, tables and views with longer names are currently truncated using an ellipse in the middle of the name. There's currently no ability to view the name.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Adding a title attribute to the link would allow you to 'hover text / tooltip' over the object, as well as making it more accessible to screen readers.

This is across all databases / sources of sufficient length.
