Describe the bug
Hype Tracks don't always start as expected. Hype Track music rarely stops as expected. I end up with several Hype Tracks running simultaneously.

To Reproduce

  1. Steps to reproduce the behavior:
  2. Load modules: Maestro, Bellows
  3. Activate 'Hype Tracks' in Maestro
  4. Populate Hype Tracks playlist with some YouTube tracks, per Bellows
  5. Assign the new Hype Tracks to Character/Actors
  6. Start Combat and start cycling through character turns.

Expected behavior
Actor-specific Hype Track audio should start on a character's turn and end on the next character's turn. Hype Tracks should stop when combat ends.
