Guest-Wallet blocked users/ Blocked Accounts section: users get their nicknames and avatar images changed on the blocked accounts section after some time

Description:

When blocking users, either wallet or guest ones, and waiting for some time, and logging out and in again, when going back to the account settings section, to the blocked list, some blocked users (wallet or guest) get their nicknames and avatar image changed: the name looks like: guest something , and the avatar preview image is the same for all users :

As such, it gets difficult to determine who to unblock since all users look pretty similar

This was reported within the issue tracker when the shape up was designed, but due to lack of time this issue couldn't be fixed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Block guest and wallet users, and do not unblock them

2. Wait for some considerable time and then log out and in again

3. Go to account settings / blocked accounts

Current result: When blocking users, either wallet or guest ones, and waiting for some time, and logging out and in again, when going back to the account settings section, to the blocked list, some blocked users (wallet or guest) get their nicknames and avatar image changed: the name looks like: guest something , and the avatar preview image is the same for all users

Expected result: blocked users should always keep their own names and avatar images after being blocked on the blocked accounts section, even if a considerable amount of time has gone by and the user has logged out and in again
