Install Python Dependencies on PostInstall #1392

It would be nice to have post install script to install any python dependencies from deepforge as well as deepforge-extensions that might be used by server for validation.

Just to give some context for this issue, there could be 3 different types of python dependencies:

  • server dependencies (such as keras for deepforge-keras which is used for validating the neural network architectures and getting dimensionality info)
  • worker dependencies
  • job-level dependencies
