add batched request support (json 2.0)

I'm trying to host a deeponion pool with MPOS and NOMP.
Unfortunately deeponion daemon does not support batch rpc request and it prevent NOMP to start the pool:

Could not start pool, error with init batch RPC call: {"type":"request error","message":"Parse Error"}

Can you make it support these kind of requests (json 2.0) ?

PS : What's the stratum that current deeponion pool uses ?
