[BUG]: E2E and cert-csi tets are failing

Bug Description

Cert-CSI has begun to fail consistently. The Cert-CSI tests are encapsulated inside of Operator E2E as well, so now Operator E2E execution and Cert-CSI tests.

One thing noticed is that it looks like there may be some sort of null or missing pod name, shown by the unusually large space in the logs where a pod name should be
