Update of usergroup slurm and slurm config files

Hello,

In case you add a new node to the cluster it is necessary to update the slurm.conf and possibly the gres.conf for Slurm and they have to be the same on every node as far as i know.
Is there a playbook included in omnia which can handle this i couldn't find it or am i missing something ?

And also i couldn't find a way to add a new user to the slurm group on every node ?
Or isn't it necessary due to the master node.
Would it be sufficient to only add the user to the slurm group on the master node ?
