Description

Cypress needs to be upgraded to 10.2+ to work with Apple silicon.

This is, I believe, a two-major-version upgrade, so I expect this will be non-trivial.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Attempt the upgrade to a modern version of Cypress.
  • Complete the upgrade, or open a followup ticket with specific details to aid in sizing.
