Description

A plan has been developed to migrate away from SimpleSAMLPHP and to SAMLAuth. Use this plan to execute the change that will be coordinated with the VA Identity and Access Management team.

Acceptance Criteria

  • A date selected to conduct to the update. We are aiming for 7/20. (the date must conform with IAM Production releases -- Thursday evenings)
  • SAMLAuth module for PIV Logon is deployed to Production.
  • Post-deploy PIV login validation test is performed.
  • Helpdesk support alignment.

The intended outcome of this ticket was not met and the upgrade ended in failure:

This issue will investigate and form a path forward to a successful deployment of the module upgrade.
