Shell: First character lost #165

Opening the shell for one of the containers looses the first entered character. Starting with the 2nd keystroke, everything seems to work fine.

Example:

list pods
select one pod
press 's' for shell
press 'xx', only one 'x' will appear on shell

@odraese This is a known issue with one of the libs K9s uses. I
