Description / User story

We should document how boilerds.com is hosted and operated.

Every information that could impact the hosting and operating of boilerds.com needs to be written down in a document. This document should be uploaded to the boiler-core sharepoint or the https://github.com/deven-org/b01ler-website repo.
