Issue Description

Since #735 has been done, we need to think of how registry-viewer should show multiple stack versions.

  • viewer's main page should top-level information from index.json
  • viewer's devfile page should have a drop list to select stack/sample versions.
    by default, show latest stack/sample version (or do we want to should the default stack version?)

  • each stack/sample version should show it's own information, including the devfile, tags/arch, starter project etc.
