As mentioned in chat, this is a false positive by Microsoft. It's not uncommon to have this issue with unsigned EXEs. This can be mitigated somewhat by having the installer EXE signed.

If anyone is concerned they can upload it to a service like https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload

A pity. Now even installing Dragon gives a warning it does not come from Microsoft. Should we put effort in this? Maybe mention it in our documentation...
