pb in ref

If pb occurs within ref, only the first part of ref until pb is rendered as link. Seems to have to do with the fact that the link resulting from the pb element (i.e. the facsimile link) is embedded within the text wrapped by ref, and a html link cannot be embedded within another. Possible solution within the scope of #13?

Probably css grid will not help, since it is a html/dom issue: an <a> Element must not, in html5, contain interactive elements, such as another <a>. I think with Highlighting or something I had the following solution: close the </a>, do the pb stuff with div, facsimile link, and pipe character, the open another <a> with the same href, add the rest of the word, then close the second </a>...
