The numeric class is being applied to fields with numerals in, but some columns have fields with both numeric and alphanumeric values.

We should use the spec to apply the numeric class to fields we expect to contain numeric values only (and dates).

Example: https://submit.planning.data.gov.uk/organisations/local-authority:WAE/brownfield-land/data
