Moving issue from ops repo (submitted by @bmuramatsu originally) to this repo.

Currently VerifierPlus.org uses the vercel.com (next.js) logo. It should use a custom favicon for DCC's production deploy of VerifierPlus.

Open question as to what favicon to use--it could be the DC favicon used on https://digitalcredentials.mit.edu/ or we could design one just for VerifierPlus.

Moving to priority so that we establish identity for VerifierPlus and DCC.
