Change hand icon colour to Red instead of White when in Dark room mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Book Settings
2.Select Day/Night
3.Select Dark room mode

What is the expected output?
The little white hand icon in the bottom right corner should be red instead of 
white.

What do you see instead?
The hand icon is currently always white regardless of Dark room mode.


What version of the product are you using?
2.2.5.5

On what operating system?
4.4.2

What device are you using?
Samsun Note 3

Please provide any additional information below.
It would improve the user experience in Dark room mode if the white icon also 
showed up in a red colour. Currently the white hand icon looks like a small 
bright white LED when the rest of the text is red.

Hi. Not only hand icon. What about title bar & even white contents of EBD icon 
that appear in upermost left corner of screen? All should be changed to red.

Please note also that title bar brightness not changed by changing brightness 
from within EBD & this should be fixed.
