Add a (gibberish) CST generator script for benchmarking

Being able to generate large amounts of syntactically valid ditto will be useful for benchmarking the parser and formatter.

I chose to write the script in Haskell as laziness is important for this kind of thing. And I plan to add it to the repo for language server testing in the near future.
