Add easy access to app settings from within the app

The initial setup screen gives easy access to the app settings, just press Settings, and you get there:

But after that setup it is impossible to get back to the settings from within the app (there are of course other ways). This seems inconsistent and strange.

Suggestion:

Add an entry on the Settings page saying something like App settings. Presently this page has only one entry User dictionary.
