Feature idea: Option for offline fans to access livestreams (pay-per-view)

We know sometimes livestreaming can limit us from casting the widest of nets 🎣 ....

Would having the option to record a Livestream for a price be interesting to both our fans/creators? ⏺️ 📹 💵
