This is a followup from this PR #9772 (review)
We need to include MongoDB in our Docker images in order to provide the proper environment for the unit tests related to the services depending on MongoDB. We also need to check how much different is that dependency for the unit tests themselves when it comes to running the tests locally in the through Jenkins
