Link project listing to spotlight page

With the introduction of project spotlight it would make sense IMHO to link to the spotlight page for the project, if one exists, instead of the "normal" project page, since they share a lot of the same information.

While browsing through the projects (https://dotnetfoundation.org/projects), and selecting Cake I end on the project page (https://dotnetfoundation.org/projects/cake). The spotlight page (https://dotnetfoundation.org/projects/spotlight/cake) would be a more useful option in this case IMHO.
