Is Microsoft.Data.SqlClient SqlConnection auto-renewed upon access-token expiry with ActiveDirectoryManagedIdentity authentication?

Hi!

When using a SqlConnection with the authentication method 'ActiveDirectoryManagedIdentity', for how long is the connection valid? I cannot seem to find this information in the documentation, nor do I have access to the Access Token used for the connection.

When the access token used for the connection is expired, I am concerned that the connection will fail on the next query. Is a new token generated automatically so that the connection is renewed without sending an error?
