Test case Failure due to locale mismatch

Hi,
I have been facing an issue with regards to a test case failure

It seems to be a locale mismatch . the locales on the server (windows server) and client (Linux) is en_US.UTF-8 . I tried differenct locales but it fails there as well. I'm not sure where the issue could be.
