Blazor WebAssembly linkability follow ups

• Make JSInvokable methods trimmer friendly
• Ensure components are preserved (Add a feature that prevents types that inherit from specific types or interfaces from being trimmed linker#1806)
• Determine how to make component parameters trimmer safe in the pre-rendering case. By default, linking an app might result in default constructors, and setters on properties of properties from being trimmed. We might be able to rely on source generators to solve this or come up with a way to annotate these types as being not linker friendly.
