Android RuntimeIdentifier what realistically to include there . Your thoughts?

Just noticed that the apk was huge and noticed that I had

 <PropertyGroup Condition="'$(Configuration)|$(TargetFramework)|$(Platform)'=='Release|net8.0-android|AnyCPU'">
     <RuntimeIdentifiers>android-arm;android-arm64;android-x64</RuntimeIdentifiers>
 </PropertyGroup>

and below is what chatgtp had to say

1. android-arm: 32-bit ARM support (unnecessary for API 30+)
2. android-arm64: Modern phones (what you actually need)
3. android-x64: Emulators (unnecessary in Release)

if view of that given that my base users are all android 11 onwards is it safe to just have "android-arm64"?

I cannot tell if any device with android 11 has still bit 32 only.
