While testing dotnet/coreclr#26897, there were a handful of symbols missing.

It is presumed we are missing FEATURE_PERFMAP instrumentation for a few stub types.

Virtual stubs don't get ETW events or UNWIND_INFO on Windows either

edit: I believe this is the same thing as https://github.com/dotnet/coreclr/issues/12070
