Built in handling of tabs?

I really enjoy the simplicity and usefulness of yamldown. Thanks for contributing.

Issue: YAML doesn't accept tabs and this creates problems, especially with user created content (common with static sites that use the YAML + Markdown format).

Can/should yamldown support an argument for considering this and replacing tabs with spaces?

Sketching this out.

yamldown.load(f, replace_tabs=True)

Doing...

yaml_str = yaml_str.replace("\t", "  ")
yaml = yaml.load(...)
