Summary

What: Add visa middleware, using https://github.com/jaredhanson/passport as inspiration

Doesn't have to be named visa, but it's unique and similar to passport

Why: Extra utility for users

Acceptance Criteria

  • Develop middleware
  • Tests. Otherwise you get stranded on an island
  • It's own readme (use contributing guidelines)
