The keygen example makes calls to various inexistent functions, including sign_key_userid. I've also tried traversing the source code back to keygen.php's inception (Jul 25 2011, I think,) and I can't get it functioning even then.

Is keypair generation a feature that is currently implemented? If so, where and how?
