Loading extensions in ODBC driver #35

Is it possible to load extensions in the ODBC driver? I tried running INSTALL iceberg via the ODBCTest tool, but it threw an error:

[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Function sequence error"

See also this suggestion:

One thing which might be generically useful is if you could specify a list of extensions in the ODBC connection string to be installed (if necessary) and loaded.
