For example:
I don't want to set secret:

CREATE SECRET secret4 (
    TYPE AZURE,
    PROVIDER ACCESS_TOKEN,
    ACCESS_TOKEN '<value>'
    ACCOUNT_NAME '⟨storage account name⟩'
);

I want to it read token from environment variable directly,

import os
os.environ["AZURE_ACCESS_TOKEN"] = "..."
