[Feature Request] Slack support

I often end up posting twitter links to work Slack (we have a meme channel ; p )
And just like Discord, the twitter embeds are horrendous and using the same vx hack I use on discord would be amazing.

I'll have to take a look at how Slack is reading the embed data, it seems to be mostly getting it but missing the video/image
