Support opening a new tab without focus

I don't recall the default behavior for vimium, but I thought it opened new tabs unfocused so it's easy to open a bunch of links in a row on a single page. In any case I think it's handy to add both options (i.e. both cmdOpenLinkInNewTab and cmdGoToLinkInNewTab)
