Problems with saving and loading of pandapower net

This is intended as a place to collect and document issues with saving and loading of pandapower net to/from JSON file format.
To keep track on all issues with fileIO e.g. while loading of older files with the latest pandapower version, we will keep an eye on this discussion and adjust the code if we see a new issue.
