ProximalTheory is currently defined equivalent to FunctionalSpatialSchemaTheory.
However, it is not necessarily functional, although definitely spatial.

Maybe it might make sense to introduce a SpatialSchemaTheory which is parent to both and already defines LocatumRole and RelatumRole?

If it is defined as equivalent, that is an error that needs fixing.

In any case the idea of ProximalTheory as a SpatialSchemaTheory seems the way to go.

They are not asserted to be equivalent, but they both follow the exact same rules, thus are descriptively equivalent.

It looks a SpatialSchemaTheory has not been added yet, is this still planned?
