RPATH sanity check fails for LAMMPS when (not all) dependencies are installed with RPATH

I saw this when testing #3244

The libbz2.so.1.0 could perhaps be explained by not having bzip2 listed as a direct dependency, but HDF5 is a direct dependency so I'm not sure why libhdf5_hl.so.310 can't be found...
