Sometimes versions are... wrongfully numbered. In a lack of better wording.

Im under the impression that Repology just pulls w/e the registered repos has listed as a version, as the actuall latest.

In the case if spectrwm
OpenBSD has listed the afforementioned version as their version, I suppose theyve just checked out some later commit post 3.4.1 release, or just added some patches.
The latest release, is infact 3.4.1, if you check the github page.
