Table delete and refresh while in the same DB.

Whenever you deleted a table in a DB and leave the screen open. Once Remotely that table has been regenerated and you refresh the screen the table isn't loaded. If you first go to another DB and then back to the original DB it isn't either, only when you refresh with the button on the left bottom. In any case, the item count in the table is updated.
