Description

Split from #80.

Provide Windows x86_64 and arm64 Silicon build for the ank CLI

Goals

That's for users who do not use WSL2 and have access to an existing Ankaios cluster.

Should result in the following assets as part of a release:

  • ank_cli_windows_amd64.zip
  • ank_cli_windows_arm64.zip

Final result
