Bug Description:

When reducing the view size of the welcome page, the position of the Show welcome page on startup checkbox is not fixed and overlaps with other content.

Demo:
checkbox styling error

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Theia.
  2. If welcome page is not opened, open the command palette (Ctrl+Shift+p) and search for welcome.
  3. Resize the application, reducing its view.
  4. Observe the checkbox overlapping with other content.

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • Theia Version: 1.40
