Shortcut ctrl+z does not execute command undo when using 'bépo' keyboard layout

Bug Description:

The shortcut ctrl+z appears to be executing the command outdent instead of undo when using the 'bépo' keyboard layout.
Everything works fine when I switch back to 'azerty' keyboard layout.

Other shortcuts such as ctrl+c, ctrl+v or ctrl+s work as expect with 'bépo'.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select the french 'bépo' keyboard layout in the GNOME parameters
2. In the text editor insert a line of text with multiple indentations
3. Try to undo the insertion with ctrl+z
4. The command executed appears to be outdent instead of undo

I suspect this is a limitation of either our code or electron that messes with shortcuts that fall on non-ASCII keys in the US keyboard layout. In the short run, I can only recommend to remap the command to another key.
