Process Managing with Pueue

The hub will provide most features in extensions such as reverse proxy, file syncing... to make it more versatile, ideally any process can be managed, so the center of the hub is a process managing system, can use some existing libs for this.

Seems pueue is the most mature one for similar feature, also it provide a lib crate, so will try with it first.
