add Device profiles in GUI

问题：目前我们手动将设备配置文件配置上传到 ui。现在这种 点数少编辑起来还算方便，点数上千了修改起来就有点麻烦，增加或者修改就是整个YMl全部提交.
建议：我们是否可以有一个类似于设备服务向导的页面来添加设备元信息(profiles)， 添加name 添加deviceResources 添加deviceCommands ，而不是上传文件，这样我们修改和添加就比较简单了。然后我们是不是可以考虑把profiles 设备元信息从redis里面拆成多个JSON，这样如果后续用表单，编辑一条就只修改这一条的信息。不会像现在这种整个设备元信息都在一个大的JSON 里面，修改就相当于修改整个了

@MrChenke thanks for your feedback, your advice is really a good idea, but now, there is no separated API achieving all deviceResources or deviceCommands, that means GUI needs do some especial extra works to achieve the goal.
especially, it will be a terrible user experience if there are thousands of points without pagination feature. file-based management is now still the better way.

we will figure out a new design in the future, keep this issue open until it's done
