Rename edx-edxapp-lms-frontend (and cms) for consistency

AC:

• Rename edx-edxapp-lms-frontend and edx-edxapp-cms-frontend to edx-frontend-* to match conventions of other frontends.
  • Communicate appropriately.
  • Update names in configs and in RUM UI.
  • Update monitors and dashboards.

Notes:

• This is no longer causing an issue, so it is just a minor inconsistency. Prioritized as P5 for now.
• The filter for the Log Retention index:edx-logs was temporarily updated to service:edx-*frontend* to account for this discrepancy, but for other reasons, needed to be updated to service:edx-* for any logs not also tagged with an AWS account name.
  • The logs for these inconsistent names are now going to the index:edx-logs, so this is not a burning issue.
• The ticket Duplicate New Relic Dashboard and Alert search script for Datadog #786 would be very useful for handling this (or other) renames.
• This inconsistency is noted in https://2u-internal.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ENG/pages/1313275924/Datadog+Log+Retention+Rules+for+edX+services#Log-index-edx-logs. This could be removed if this renaming were ever completed.
