Doc: Support for IAM roles for EKS service accounts for filebeat

Previously when we back-port #19393 to 7.15.0, we only updated the metricbeat side of the documentation.

Please add the corresponding documentation to filebeat:

• In the release notes, add Bump AWS SDK version to v0.24.0 for WebIdentity authentication flow to the filebeat section
• Add the filebeat equivalent example/details to the filebeat AWS module documentation similar to https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/metricbeat/current/metricbeat-module-aws.html#_running_on_eks, and apply to all doc versions since 7.15
