Automate rule templates creation in integrations repo

Motivation

updating the integrations repo with rule templates is a manual process we may forget to do
we could automate those PRs on:

• every time a new rule is merged
• a daily/weekly basis
• a dispatch workflow (new or part of the release workflow)

Definition of done

• Pick a workflow and implement an automation that syncs the integration repo with rule templates merged to main on cloudbeat
• use cloudsecmachine for the PRs
