Scale data to specific domain

Limit the chart to a specific data domain on each axis.
It's typically used on y axis to cut the max value out or to start the chart at a min value.
It's used on x axis when you want to display a larger domain than the one used on the dataset.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a prop at chart or series spec level to limit the domain of the chart to that min and max.
