IE11 has issues with EuiTooltip

For some reason IE11 isn't getting a proper value for the "top" position style that is passed to it. It correctly gets the "left" position right. This results in the tooltip being rendered on the bottom of the screen.

I can reproduce this on the current EUI docs page in IE11. However, it seems currently the tooltip doesn't get rendered at all and some errors are triggered: Regardless of which tooltip I hover I get the following error:

Unfortunately this seems to also currently break all Kibana ML job wizards in master/6.x in IE11:
